Custom Orders:

All custom embroidery orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any item that has been personalized, monogrammed, or made to order based on your specifications. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.

Non-Custom:

Items Non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a defective item or an error was made on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
